1. Q:How To order a Sample ?
Answer: Provide your design and artwork to our sales team or you can take free service of our designer to do that for you and discuss details for making sample including size, artwork decoration, measurement and cutting ect.

2. Q: How much for sample ? Can it be refund ?
Answer: Sample cost will be calculate according to your style, arwtowk and qty. Sample cost will be refund for bulk order 200+piece /style

3. Q: How long it takes for making sample and mass production ?
Answer: Sample usually takes 7-10 working days according to the complexity. mass production takes 15-25 working days. If order is urgent, please let us know and we will coordinate with the production time.

4. Q: Do you have own house graphic designer ?
Answer: Yes, we do. our Design team will help you deal with the artwork , make sure the color and design is correct.

5.Q: What is the payment teams ?
Answer: Our payment team is basic on T/T 30%~50% deposit. and Balance need to pay after production is finish, our sales team will provide pictures of final products for your ref. Small order will be disucss payment terms together.

6. Q: How do we ship the products:
Answer: We have our own shipping agent such as DHL, UPS, Fedex. If sea cargo, customer need to provide their nearest sea port and we will check with forwarder about LCL cost.
